Most people reach PWD from the Islamabad Highway and Expressway side. Early flights and late returns are part of our day, so a visit at 2 AM isn’t strange to us.
Directions
Finding Us in Shahzaib Plaza
Our shop is on the ground floor of the plaza. Look for the red and yellow Taiba & Friends Motors Rent a Car signboard above the shop front, and the cars parked outside. Coming from the Islamabad Highway or the Expressway, enter PWD Society and head for Block A Sector A.
Some cars are out on jobs during the day, so send a WhatsApp message before you leave and we confirm the car you want is at the shop. If you can’t find us, send your location pin and we guide you in.
Step by step
What a Visit Looks Like
- Tell us the date, the plan and how many people are travelling.
- We check what is free and give you a price for the day, driver included.
- Ask to see the car before you decide. That is the whole point of having a real office.
- To lock the car, pay 20% up front through bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash, and settle the rest on the day.
Bring a copy of your CNIC, NICOP or passport. That is all the paperwork we need.
Pickup
Pickup Around PWD
The car comes to your gate. Besides PWD itself, we pick up from Pakistan Town, Soan Garden, Media Town, Bahria Town and DHA, and from anywhere else in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
If you’re on the Pindi side, our Rawalpindi page covers Saddar, Committee Chowk and the old city. Some people search for this area as PWD Rawalpindi, because the society sits close to the Rawalpindi border. The pickup is the same either way.

The airport at night
Flights land at 3 AM, and relatives arrive with six suitcases. One car and one driver beats two taxis, and our airport service is built for it.
Murree on a weekend
The Karvaan or the Prado goes up with the same driver both ways, so nobody in the family has to drive the hill road. See the Murree page.

Booking Rules in Brief
You pay for a whole day, even if the job is short. Four to six hours is still one day.
Going past your slot? Half the day rate covers the extra hours or the night.
Fuel, toll tax and parking: pick one fixed amount that includes them, or pay them yourself on the road.
Changed your mind? You get a full refund if you tell us at least a day before.

Can I walk in and book a car at your PWD office?
Yes. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. You can ask for a price, see a car and confirm your booking at the counter.
What does a car with a driver cost at your PWD office?
An Alto with a driver is PKR 4,000 for the day. A Corolla is PKR 5,000 and a Prado is PKR 13,000.
Do you pick up from Bahria Town, DHA and Pakistan Town?
Yes. The car comes to your gate in any of these, and anywhere else in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Do I need a licence or a security deposit?
No. Our driver comes with the car, so neither is needed. A copy of your CNIC, NICOP or passport is enough.
Can I book a car for a night flight?
Yes. Send your flight number and landing time on WhatsApp. If the flight runs late, you don’t pay extra for the wait. Evening bookings run from 5 PM to 12 or 1 AM, and extra hours cost half the day rate.
