Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Taiba & Friends Motors Rent a Car collects when you use taibarentacar.pk or book a car with us, and what we do with it. We rent cars with a driver in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
What We Collect
- Booking details. Your name, phone number, pickup point, date, the car you want and your plan for the day. You give these on WhatsApp, by phone, in person or in the booking form on our site.
- Form details. If you use the booking form, it may also ask for your email, address, city and country.
- Identity copy. A copy of your CNIC, NICOP or passport, which we ask for at booking. We do not take a deposit and we do not ask for a driving licence, because every car goes out with our own driver.
- Payment details. When you pay by bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash we see the sender name, number and amount on the receipt. We never see your card or app PIN.
- Site data. Our web host and speed service may keep basic technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site working and safe.
How We Use It
- To confirm your booking, send the price and arrange the pickup.
- To give your driver the name, phone number and pickup point he needs.
- To check your identity and to keep a record of the booking and payment.
- To answer questions and handle a refund or a complaint.
We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.
Who Sees It
Only our team and the driver assigned to your booking. We share details with others only when the law requires it, for example a request from the police. Payment apps and banks handle your transfer under their own rules. Our site embeds a Google Map on the contact page, and Google may collect data when that map loads. Please read the Google privacy policy for details.
Cookies
The site uses the cookies needed for it to load and work properly. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies at this time. If that changes, we will update this page.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your ID copy and booking record for the length of the booking plus 12 months, in case of a dispute or a refund question. After that we delete them.
How We Protect It
Booking records and ID copies are kept on devices and accounts that only our team can open. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us card numbers or app PINs on WhatsApp. We do not need them.
Your Choices
You can ask us to show you the details we hold, correct them or delete them. Write to us on WhatsApp or by email and we will reply within a reasonable time. If we have to keep a record because of the law, we will tell you why.
Children
Our service is for adults who book a car. We do not collect details from children on purpose.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes too. Our booking terms explain the rules of a booking.
