- The car leaves our office. Our cars don’t park at the airport. They leave from PWD Society, about 45 km away, and the drive takes about an hour. That’s why we ask you to book 5 to 6 hours ahead.
- Your driver meets you. After immigration and baggage claim, walk out of the arrivals building. Your driver waits outside, where airport rules allow greeters, and helps load your luggage.
- Straight to your door. Home, hotel, hostel or office, anywhere in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.

The Route Our Drivers Take
From our office, the driver takes the Islamabad Expressway to Faizabad, then joins the Srinagar Highway (Kashmir Highway) heading west. The highway passes Zero Point near Faisal Mosque, then the G-9, G-10 and H-11 sectors and NUST in H-12. After the Golra Sharif Interchange and the M-1/M-2 Motorway Interchange, it reaches the Airport Interchange (Wikipedia).
For drop-offs, we plan the pickup time around this route and your flight. Islamabad Airport asks passengers to arrive 4 hours before international flights and 2 to 3 hours before domestic flights (Islamabad Airport FAQs). In winter fog, or around Eid when the roads get busy, we leave earlier.

The M-1 to Peshawar is 155 km long. The M-2 to Lahore is 375 km long. Both start right next to the airport (Wikipedia M-1, Wikipedia M-2). Times change with traffic, fog and snow, so we plan each trip on the day.

Car Rental Islamabad Airport Rates and Pricing
There’s no extra airport fee. The price depends on the car and where you’re going. We don’t publish fixed airport rates, because fuel prices in Pakistan change often and a printed rate can go out of date fast. Instead, we give you the full price on WhatsApp before you book, and that’s the price you pay.

What if my flight is delayed or lands late at night?
- Delayed flight: no extra charge. Send us the new landing time.
- Late night landing: we work 24 hours, so a 3 AM pickup is booked the same way as a daytime one.
- Cancelled or missed flight after the car has left: the advance covers the car’s fuel for the trip to the airport and back. Tell us as early as you can.
- Booking cancelled early: if you booked 4 or more days ahead and cancel before the trip day, you get a full refund.
What documents do I need to book?
You don’t need a driving licence, because our driver drives.

- Foreign visitors: passport copy
We don’t take a security deposit on chauffeur driven bookings. A copy of your ID stays on file with the booking, which protects you as much as it protects us.
How do I pay the advance?
