In most shaadi plans, the cars get sorted last. Then the barat is two days away and nobody knows who is driving the dulha. If you want wedding cars in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, we can handle the whole line for you: the dulha car, matching cars for the barat, a limousine, and coasters for the guests. Every car comes with our own driver. You don’t need a licence and there’s no security deposit.
We’ve sent up to 50 cars to one wedding. One family booked about 50 Prado in the same colour for their barat. Our office is in PWD Society, just off the Islamabad Expressway, and we’ve been doing this in the twin cities for over 12 years.

How Much Does It Cost to Rent a Car for a Wedding in Islamabad?
Wedding car rental in Islamabad depends on the car, the time slot, and whether you want us to decorate it. Here are our starting day rates for cars families often book for a shaadi:

Decoration is extra, from about PKR 3,000. You get the full price on WhatsApp before you book, and that’s the price you pay.
How can you keep the cost down? Book the day slot if your function allows it. Choose the option where you pay fuel yourself. Use Prado or Revo for the barat line and save the big car for the couple. You can also bring your own decorator.
How to Book Your Wedding Cars
- Send us the details. WhatsApp the date, the function (dholki, mehndi, barat, nikah, walima), the pickup points, the venue, and the number of cars.
- Pick your cars. We’ll suggest cars for the couple, the family and the guests. Take a package, or book each car at its own rate.
- Pay 20% to confirm.
- The cars reach you. They come to your home, the bridal salon or the hotel. You pay 50 to 60% when they arrive.
- Pay the rest after the function. The last 20 to 30% is paid when the duty ends.
What’s the best time to book? For a big barat, at least one week before. That gives us time to line up matching cars and our better drivers. Need a car for tomorrow? Call anyway. We can often arrange cars one day before.
Can I book a wedding car for a day slot and an evening slot?
Most shaadis in Islamabad and Rawalpindi happen on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On those days, wedding cars are booked by function, in two slots:

Why does the evening slot run past midnight? In Islamabad, marriage halls and marquees have to close at 10 PM under a May 2026 notification (Express Tribune). Rawalpindi functions also stop at 10 PM (Dawn). But the night doesn’t end at the marquee gate. There’s the rukhsati, the drive home, and dropping the close family. The slot covers all of it.
If you keep the car past its slot, we add a night charge of half the day rate. There’s no per hour billing.
Which car should I pick for the dulha?

Limousine for the Barat
We keep our limousine for weddings only. It’s booked per event, not per hour. A local barat usually takes 5 to 7 hours: the groom’s pickup from home, the drive to the venue, and the ride back.
- Day function: the limousine arrives at 10 AM and is free by 5 PM.
- Evening function: it arrives between 5 and 6 PM and is free between 12 and 1 AM.
- Islamabad, local: about PKR 1,50,000 with fuel, or PKR 1,30,000 without. The rate can move a little with the venue.

Barat Cars: Matching Prado and Land Cruiser Lines
A barat looks right when the family cars match. We’ve put together lines of 20, 25, 30 and up to 50 cars. Some cars come from our own showroom. For big orders, the rest come from car owners in our network, so the whole line can be one model and one colour.

Every car in the line has its own driver. Nobody has to borrow a cousin’s car or hand keys to a relative.
Wedding Car Rental in Islamabad: Decoration Options
Decoration isn’t part of the car rent. You pay for it separately, and you decide who does it:
- We arrange it, and the car reaches you ready.
- You arrange it with your own florist or decorator.
When we arrange it, the price usually starts around PKR 3,000 and goes up to PKR 10,000 to 15,000. It depends on the design and the flowers you choose:
- Fresh flowers like roses and motia, for the barat and rukhsati car that will be in close up photos
- Imported flowers, for a theme or a special colour
- Artificial flowers, for the mehndi, walima, or the rest of the barat line
For barat car decoration, many families go full on the dulha car and put a small ribbon or bonnet piece on the other cars.
Coaster for Rent in Islamabad and Grand Cabin for Guests
When relatives come from other cities or stay at one house, it’s easier to move them together.

What does 200 km per rental mean? It’s the distance the car covers in one day’s duty. Inside the city, our cars run about 150 to 200 km a day. That’s plenty for home, salon, venue and back, from Bahria Town Phase 7 to F-10.
Cancellation: cancel 4 or more days before the wedding and you get a full refund. You can pay by bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash.
Barat Going to Another City?
Plenty of barats from Islamabad and Rawalpindi head to Lahore, Peshawar, Mirpur or somewhere else. We send wedding cars from Islamabad to any city, and our intercity rentals page has the route details. Can you drive long distance in a rental car? With us, yes, because our driver does the driving. Tell us the city first and we’ll work out the rate from the distance.
On trips out of the city, the family covers the driver’s food and stay. As a guide, it comes to about PKR 2,000 to 3,000 in Punjab cities, PKR 2,000 to 2,500 on the Murree side, and PKR 1,000 to 1,500 in the northern areas. We confirm the exact amount on WhatsApp for your route.
If a car has trouble on the road, we send another car or get the same one fixed so the barat can keep going. You don’t pay for the repair.
