Pricing
Corporate Car Rental Rates in Islamabad
Short term bookings of two, three or up to five days are billed per day, and payment is collected when that booking closes. A monthly booking works out cheaper per day than paying daily, so a full month is paid in advance. There is no separate company rate card. Every quote is sent on WhatsApp so your admin or procurement team has the figure in writing before the car is confirmed.
Insurance is standard on every car we send.

How does billing and tax work for company bookings?
Taiba is registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and holds an NTN. We are not currently listed as an active tax filer on the FBR’s Active Taxpayer List (FBR ATL).
If your company needs to deduct withholding tax from an invoice, tell us when you book. We are open to working this out with corporate clients who need it, and some of our long standing company clients already do this as part of their payment.

Are your corporate drivers police verified?
- Police verification and a CNIC check on every driver, kept on file.
- At least 5 years of driving experience.
- English speaking drivers are available on request. We have a limited number, so ask early when your visitor does not speak Urdu.
- No licence and no security deposit needed from you. The driver is part of every booking.

What happens if the car breaks down?
If a car breaks down inside Islamabad or Rawalpindi during a company booking, we send a replacement within 1 hour at no extra cost. Outside the city, we either repair the car on the spot or send another one, depending on where the breakdown happens.

How do I set up a company booking?

Get your quote. We send the day rate or monthly rate, with the fuel option, before you confirm.

Confirm the booking. For short bookings, payment is due when the duty closes. For a monthly car, the month is paid in advance.

The car and driver arrive at your office or the agreed pickup point on the date you asked for.
The person booking on WhatsApp needs a CNIC, NICOP or passport copy. Cancel at least 4 days ahead of the date for a full refund.
