Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to every car booked with Taiba & Friends Motors Rent a Car in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. They are the same for every car. When you confirm a booking on WhatsApp, by phone or at our office, you agree to them.
Chauffeur Only
Every car goes out with our own driver. We do not offer self drive. This is why we do not ask for a licence or a security deposit.
Booking Hours
We book by the day, never by the hour. A day booking runs 9 AM to 9 PM, and an evening booking runs 5 PM to 12 or 1 AM. A job of 4 to 6 hours counts as one day. The minimum booking is one day. If you keep the car past your slot, a night charge of half the day rate applies.
Rates
The rate shown on our pages is the starting price for a day with the driver. We confirm the final price for your plan on WhatsApp before you book, and nothing is added after you confirm.
Fuel, Toll Tax and Parking
You choose one of two options when you book.
- Fixed price: one amount that covers fuel, toll tax and parking.
- Car and driver only: the rate covers the car and driver, and you pay for fuel, toll tax and parking on the way.
Payment
Payment is made in three parts, by bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash.
- 20% advance to confirm the booking.
- 50 to 60% when the driver reaches you.
- The balance when the duty ends.
Documents
We ask for a copy of your CNIC, NICOP or passport. Our privacy policy explains how we keep it.
Cancellation and Refund
- Cancel at least 1 day ahead and you get a full refund.
- If you cancel on the day itself, the advance is not refunded, unless the car gets another booking for that day.
Drivers and Cars
Every driver is police verified, has a CNIC on file and at least 5 years of driving experience. If a car breaks down inside the city, we send a replacement within the hour at no cost. Further away, we either repair the car on the spot or send a second car, depending on where you are.
Outstation and Hill Trips
For motorway trips such as Lahore, Peshawar or Multan, the price depends on the route. For Murree in winter and the northern areas we suggest a 4x4, because snow and steep roads are hard on a small car.
Your Responsibilities
Please use the car for lawful purposes only, share the plan and the number of passengers with us honestly, and tell the driver about any stop in advance so the day runs smoothly.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
